How to cancel subscription

If you want to cancel your Optionia subscription, you can do so by uninstalling the Optionia app from your Shopify store.

Before You Cancel

Optionia offers a 14-day free trial on the Advanced and Professional plans.

If you're still within your free trial and don't want to be charged when the trial ends, you can downgrade to the Free plan before your trial expires.

If you still want to completely cancel your Optionia subscription, follow the steps below to uninstall the app.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in to your Shopify Admin.
2. Go to Settings → Apps
3. Click on App Settings
4. Find Optionia in your list of installed apps.
5. Click ⋯ (More actions) next to Optionia.
6. Select Uninstall.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the uninstallation.

Once you uninstall Optionia, your app subscription will be canceled automatically, and you will no longer be charged for future recurring subscription periods.

Important Billing Information

Please keep the following billing information in mind:

During the 14-day trial: You won't be charged for the paid plan during the trial period
If you uninstall during the trial: You won't be charged for the paid plan after uninstalling
If your trial ends while Optionia remains installed: Your selected paid plan will begin billing according to Shopify's billing terms
Billing: Optionia subscription charges are processed through Shopify's billing system, not directly by Optionia.
